Remember that Short Term Rental is prohibited in South Beach (less than 6 month and 1 day). Don't take the risk, you can be evict by the Police ! North Miami Beach & Bal Harbor are the nearest legal town for short term rental from South Beach.

If you do not want your holidays ending-up a nightmare, refuse any offers of short term rentals in the city of Miami Beach. Refuse also contracts for 6 months that are fraudulent to avoid Miami Dade taxes or done to make you believe that this is legal when you know that you asked for only “2 weeks” rent. It is a criminal offence.

North Miami Beach does not forbid vacation rentals, which is why we are specialized in this city in the heart of Miami Dade and along the ocean. Advantage:

Beaches, Groceries and movie theatre 2 minutes away,
The best restaurants, Oleta park and Beach 3 minutes away
The Malls, Aventura, Bal Harbor in 5 minutes
South Beach and its nightlife, biggest Outlet Mall 15 minutes

And anyway, no choice if you do not want to be outside the law and be very near South Beach. A legal battle is underway, info below
