agreement ?]
A: [You will find all your need on
our contract page]
Q: [Check in and check out time ?]
A: [Check in is after 4PM , Check out is before 11AM. For late check
out, one day more will be charged]
Q: [Why must I to sign the release ?]
A: [Our vacation rentals are very well located on waterfront with pool,
boat dock etc.... Without precaution, it can be dangerous. We do not want
that your dream holiday become nightmare. Anyway without the release,
we cannot rent the house. ]
Q: [How can I pay the deposit ?]
A: [Very easily with PayPal add to cart. Please be sure to bring a
cashier check or cash for the residual payment, before the check in.]
Q: [When will I get back my deposit ?]
A: [You will receive your money back, fully and quickly refunded upon
departure with no damage to our home. Power and light will be paid up to
$250 per month, any overage will be charged to you.]
Q: [How much are the taxes in Miami Dade ?]
A: [You have to pay on top of the rent, 7% sale taxes and 3% resort
taxes.]
Q: [When will I get the key ?]
A: [Send us an email with your arrival date and we will meet at the
house. We will verify and sign all the paperwork, process the check in, take
pictures and your vacation will start. Remember our phone number is 305 776-2428.
We will be meeting you at the house, please call 10 minutes before
reaching the house.]
Q: [How much are the cleaning fees ?]
A: [$250 upon checkout. ]
Q: [Miami Beach and South Beach, still
prohibited for vacation rental ?]
A: Yes, South Beach and Miami Beach are stricly reserved for rental more
than 6 month and one day, holiday or vacation short term is forbidden by
law. We stopped renting in this area, because clients was
evict by the Police
Q: [Why did I receive another house ?]
A: [Our vacation rentals are very well located, waterfront with pool,
boat dock etc.... If your house becomes unavailable, you will receive
another one , same size, same numbers of bedrooms and same location or
bigger and more expensive for free (sure, never the opposite). For
example: 16481 NE 31 Ave can be replaced with 16451 NE 34 Ave. ]
